For those of you attending the FGWA Annual Convention and Trade Show in June, you may be aware that the group block and the hotel (Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate) has SOLD OUT.  Whether you are still in need of a hotel room, OR you have booked at the Omni at a higher rate, please see important details below. 

FGWA has secured two additional hotels for convention attendees and exhibitors. To make a reservation, please contact your preferred hotel directly (see options below).

If you made a hotel reservation at the Omni Orlando Resort ChampionsGate outside of the group block, paying more than $169 per night, please notify FGWA at [email protected]. Please share the guest name so we can ensure you receive the group amenities such as waived resort fee, and in addition, we will add you to the waitlist for the group block if by chance a room becomes available. 

If you DO NOT have a room at the Omni, even if you booked at one of the overflow hotels, please notify FGWA at [email protected]. We will add you to the waitlist for the group block if by chance a room becomes available.

HOTEL SCAM ALERT!

It has been brought to our attention that unauthorized housing solicitors have been contacting past convention exhibitors and acting on behalf of the FGWA. Please note that the FGWA does not work with a housing group. They are claiming that they have a lower rate at the Omni Champions Gate than the FGWA. This is not the case. These groups are a scam and we suggest you do not contact them.
